Including conceptualising, intention and objective setting, risk analysis, financial budgeting, systems/methodology, developing and implementing marketing strategies, sponsorship engagement and management, negotiation, charity management, timeframe management, communication, managing a team, mentoring in all aspects, event software and registration, event documentation, event execution, supplier management and post-event evaluation reporting.

Projects include a vast range of events, community events to events on the international stage. I’ve managed a large number of projects from creation to completion.
